appear without
Send button.
So those
2 templates are back in action.
To easily apply
that patch, we
recommend you
to use Adobe
version of it:

(You can skip
log in by logging
in as guest).
Alternatively
you can take
original MS
patch here:
microsoft.com
But it is much
more involved
to apply it!
